With this game getting more and more popular due to the recently added Facebook application, Farkle is an easy game to master even with the amount of luck that is involved. With a bit of a mix of skill and luck, you can get a high score in Farkle.

- First off, you must know how to play the Farkle. You get 10 rounds of throwing six dice to try and find matches among the six dice. The first to 100,000 points wins. But how do you get these points? It is actually very simple. If you roll a one, you get 100 points. If you roll a 5 you get 50. A three of a kind is 200 points. A special rule is that if you get a four of a kind on a single roll, you get double the score of a three of a kind (400 points).

Straights are the best way to get a high score in Farkle because they give you 1,500 points. Another special score is getting 3 pairs in one roll. This will get you 750 points. After knowing these rules, it is very easy to get a high score in Farkle. Farkle is a simple game, but with knowing the scoring rules you have a much better chance of getting a high score in Farkle. Now that you know the rules to scoring in Farkle, it is time to learn the strategies.

Though this game seems very simple at first, much like Yahtzee, it is a very difficult game to learn all of the nuances toward getting a high score in Farkle.
