Once you have found your accredited school, to get a home study degree, you must section out a particular block of time to study. Fortunately with most programs, you can set aside the block at any time period you want -- just make sure it's around 2 hours a day. Setting a strict time limit is essential. 2 hours focused effort with the TV, cell phone, and email off is better than 8 hours of so-so commitment. So do homework for those 2 hours and then stop, no matter what. Bachelors degrees usually require less time than a masters degree, and masters degrees have much less "soft" material, or opinion/essay based subject matter. Be prepared to be precise and mathematical when your home study degree is a masters or above. Finish assignments a day before, and always confirm receipt with the governing body, because you don't want to be docked grades because of email errors, upload errors, etc.
