In one of my earlier post I have explained about 'Paneer'. Just for my new readers who doesn't know what is 'Paneer' means let me reminder them as "Paneer is nothing but Ricotta cheese in a little different form. In a special way they put Ricotta cheese under high pressure and extract all excess water. Once you do that it becomes solid and just like a cake. At any Indian store you can find this paneer. Paneers are available in a form of block of one or two pounds." Frozen peas will be good for this recipe. This is yet another favorite vegetarian dish of India. This can be made very quickly. It's almost like a ready-made dish but with a homemade essence.
