JenniLee
Making sushi at in your own home saves money, and is fun as well as healthy for you. Every part of the sushi is healthy and great for weight loss as well. Tilapia is one of the best tasting fish to be eaten raw.

Seaweed is said to be one of the healthiest things you can eat. Seaweed promotes youth, beautiful hair, and helps you live a long healthy life.

In this homemade recipe you will need:

Romane lettuce

Avocado

Fresh raw tilapia

Seaweed wraps

Sticky rice (sushi rice)

The first thing to be done is lay the seaweed wrap flat onto a clean surface, the seaweed squares should be approximately five to ten inch squares. Then evenly spread the sticky rice along the seaweed. The prepared raw tilapia should be cut or shredded in small bits. The avocado should be cut into small, skinny pieces. The romane lettuce should also be cut into long skinny pieces. Place the tilapia, avocado, and lettuce down the middle of the seaweed wrap in a line.

After you have made your sushi then take one end of the seaweed and wrap it firmly around the tilapia in the middle, careful not to squeeze it out the ends, then finish rolling the piece to the other end and you now have your homemade tilapia hand roll!

Now you have your sushi hand roll to eat as you want, suggested dipping would be soy sauce with a small amount of wasabi mixed into it, and ginger in between bites as well. The tilapia should be fresh to prevent any illness.
