How to Identify Bad Weight Loss Systems

Chrisdavy
Weight loss systems have wasted more American time than anything I can actually think of. Admittedly, and as narcissistic as it sounds, sorting through bad weight loss systems is a pain.

Another question we constantly ask ourselves -- is the "bad" centered in the weight loss systems or in our lack of dedication to them?

My answer is that dedication and discipline comes from doing things you like. Good weight loss systems are easy to form a discipline for, because you like them!

It is in this spirit that we will ID and destroy bad weight loss systems.Things You'll Need:

  • A big red market to mark through all the bad weight loss systems you will find
  1. Weight loss systems that regulate themselves are bad weight loss systems.

Note bad weight loss systems by their regulating bodies. Read the fine print.

Many weight loss systems, and health systems in general, will regulate themselves. (This is bad.) The scales and numbers for the body ratios and internal measurements you've never heard of are researched, developed, and categorized by the same company that's selling you the stuff.

This is the same thing Scientology does with its personality tests. You're always going to fail a Scientology personality test, because if you didn't, why would you need to buy the book that fixes your personality?

  2. Weight loss systems that love laziness are bad weight loss systems.

If your weight loss systems pass step 1, you should then note the techniques they use. There is no shortcut to healthy weight loss -- you must output more calories than you intake, bottom line. You can't eat cake and lay around all day and lose weight.

Any weight loss system that has no exercise or diet changes is bad.

  3. Weight loss systems should be natural and hurt.

If the weight loss system gets past step 2 because it says you actually have to do something, read the ingredients in the diet and note your body response after the exercise.

The ingredients should be natural. All those superfruits from other countries you've never heard of are fine; I don't know if they're better than regular old apples and oranges, but I know they're not worse. If your new diet is full of stuff you can't pronounce, it's not healthy.

If your body doesn't feel that good burn after exercising, the system sucks. Sorry to tell you, but you have to get that burn to get that fat. No burn, no weight loss.

  4. Choose your winner from the remaining weight loss systems.

If your weight loss systems pass all 3 steps, the last step is to try it out.

Now that you've ruled out the sham weight loss systesms, you need to find from the good weight loss systems one that you actually enjoy. So you'll still have to do some pump and dump, but you'll be starting from a much smaller list. Good luck.
