How To Improve Your Memory

Where I kept my key? Where did I place my spectacles? It is common to forget where you put all your things and started to find it everywhere and every corner of your room. This circumstance is repeating everyday. Initially, you feel funny but after experiencing this for so many times, you will starts questioning your state of mind. In daily life, if this continues to happen it will affect not only you but also disgust people working and surrounding you.

To remember thing easily, you need to employ images to the object you wish to remember. With the images you see through, you can easily save the object in your brain and automatically you will remember it.

Above and beyond, when you want to remember something, communicate with your inner self, tell yourself, I want to remember this. When you told yourself you want to remember that, your unconscious mind will rank the situations, object or things in higher rank of importance. So, this helps to improve your memory towards the specific objects.

Apart from that, plan your memory. How to plan your memory? Give some imaginations to your memory. Examples, where you put your spectacles? See yourself, putting the spectacles inside the drawer of dining table. Try to imagine a few hours later, you are searching your spectacles to watch television. Wondering where you put and it is inside the drawer of the dining table. You will be surprise by using this method, you can easily remember things.

If you forgot, to communicate with your inner self or plan your memory then you can try to retrace your memory back for few steps. Where I put my spectacles? Try to retrace your steps back. Try it with your mind, imagine yourself from some distance from what you had done for few hours ago. Retracing your steps back help to keep you from blanking out parts of your journey and as you did when you place your spectacles.

Keep your body and mind fresh and active. You can keep your brain active by exercising your brain with games which are brainteasers and challenge your memory. Go for regular exercise to keep your body fit.

As the lifestyle of 21st century is so demanding, our life is so stressful and hectic. Where we seldom have any time allocated for ourselves and this will cause some of the important thing we wish to remember slipping through our brain. So try to relax yourself. As stressful life leading to increase the tendency of memory loss. So in order to improve memory, change your lifestyle and practice good habits, regular exercise, eating habits. By instilling good habits to your everyday life, your memory power will increase automatically.
