The Share Tool
When viewing an article there is a share tool at the bottom left of your screen and it is a great tool to use to share articles to increase page views if you are a member of the websites that are displayed.
The share tool also has an HTML embedding code of the article that can be used in the HTML code tool for profile pages, blogs, email signature and groups or any other website that you can use the HTML tool.
I also use a share tool which is an add-on that is placed onto my browser that I can choose the websites that I'm a member of to share with. It works the same way as the share tool and is quick and easy to use. You can get this add-on through the tools option at the top of your browser.

Your Profile Permalink
Placing your profile permalink where ever it can be noticed by a large group of people will also direct people to view your articles. Place it on your profile pages, in your email signature, in your blog/blogs, groups and so on.
Social Networks
Social Networks like MySpace, Facebook and Care2 are great places to promote your articles. Send messages to your friends list each time you publish an article, post your articles in groups and place them on your profile pages.
Blogs
If you are a blogger and have a flow of visitors to your blog post your articles using the HTML embedding code or via the share tool in the sidebar of your blog so that your visitors can see them.
You can also blog about your writing experiences and list your articles in your blog but writing in a blog requires you to promote it just like promoting your articles.
Email Signature
Promoting your articles in your email signature is also a great way to increase your article's page views. Each time you send an email the person or persons will see your message about your articles.
There are endless websites and ways that you can promote your articles and generate many many page views. It's easy thanks to the share tool and HTML embedding code.
I had been offline for a few months and when I came back my article's page views were 17 total. I submitted five articles that I had wrote while I was offline and started promoting them which took me about 30 minutes. The next day my article's page views were 237 total. Two days later I submitted my articles in the Care2 News Network and posted them in my blogs which took about 30 minutes. The next day my article's page views were 481 total and I was so surprised.
