Users can join or be a fan of an organization, city, workplace, school, region, celebrity, causes and the like. For someone who has 100 or more friends, creating a fan page makes it easier for you to connect and let others know about you, your products or services. How to extend and bring more fans to your page is something to consider. Here are some tips that can help you create a bigger social network inside a networking site:
When you create your page, make sure it's informative, entertaining and interesting to all ages and genres. Publish interesting and relevant content so fans will keep returning to your page. Creating a unique page image also makes it easier to catch everyone's attention.
When your page is already set up, add all your friends and ask them to "suggest" your page for their social networks to be a fan of your page. You can even directly add friends of friends to widen your circle. Doing this will keep the viral effect going and create huge impact for your page. You have to be visible at Facebook for people to recognize your page.
Update regularly. Put extra time and effort to monitor your page and update it every now and then for people who want to be a fan and/or people who have suggested some of their friends to join your page. It helps spark conversations and even keep your fans connected to you.
Integrate applications to your page so that people will not find your page boring and end up leaving without being a fan. They should find a reason to stay, join and even refer your page to other friends who might like to be your fan.
If you are really serious of getting enormous number of fans, you can try a Facebook ad. It pushes people towards action that attract fans to join your page.
As you start your page, don't let it sit there and wait for people to find you. To get more fans, you have to put your heart into it by persistently and consistently putting attention to your brand page. By doing so, you will be able to generate and retain existing fans in your Facebook page.

Post a CommentThere is no easy way for getting fans, its about time and efforts. So I didn't want to do these things again. I bought 10000 facebook fans on http://www.socialkik.com for my Business Fan page and I immediately started seeing the conversion rate of Orders/Visitors on my online store increase dramatically ! That was the best advertising investment I made !
Great tips! I am just getting more into facebook. I have it connected to my twitter!
