Increase the number of pages on your site. Google will reward a site that has more content on a particular topic. Add more of pages related to your content but be brief and clear with your answers. A customer doesn't want to read an entire paragraph based on one answer, they will get bored and leave your site.
Add original, high quality content. Often times a customer will choose which link to click on based on the originality of the content. Adding original and high quality content will not only get you a higher page ranking but more customers will click on your link.
Use Search Engine Optimization. Search engine optimization increases your traffic by using keywords related to the title in your content. There are many SEO programs that don't cost much and will take all the work out of searching for keywords.
Proofread your content. Customers are often turned off by grammar and spelling mistakes, so if you can proofread your content you are more likely to keep customers on your page longer.
Add your site to social networking sites. This won't get you a lot of traffic but even one hit can mean the difference in a sale.
Add articles from your site to Digg.com. Digg is a great way to increase your traffic while improving your page ranking on Google. Digg tends to rank very high on Google, so just by having an article linked to Digg, you can dramatically increase your page rankings. Digg is very easy to use and completely free.
Create a site map. A site map is basically a page of your site that has a list of all the links related to your content. This allows your customers to find what they're looking for quick and easy.
