Go to the official website and download your preferred language.
Things you need before installing joomla:
1.) A domain name
2.) Hosting company
3.) Time
4.) A great self-confident that you think you can sucess.
Steps:
First, get your domain( you can get free domain such as http://www.co.cc or just google "free domain", but if your website is for commercial use, then you better find a .com domain as they don't cost you too much and you just need to go to godaddy.com and bought them.)
Now, you need to find a hosting company and host your website, free hosting such as 000webhost.com may be good for you, but again, if your website is for commercial use, i recommend you to choose a paid-hosting as they make your website runs faster)
Then you need to download a FTP software such as filezilla.
Now upload all the things in the "upload" folder which is in the package that you downloaded.
Set all CHMOD to 777, for flashfxp just left click and CHMOD
Go to your hosting panel and create a database, name it whatever you want.
Check out phpmyadmin in you control panel which has all the database information that you need.
Now you are almost done.......run your website in a form like this: http://yourdomain.com/install/install.php
then you will be direct to a install page, simply just fill all of them.( For the database information, just copy it from the phpmyadmin)
Now you are done=) Happy making your website! Good Luck!
