    One-hundred percent of anything is the total sum.

    If you have three kids and you feed 100 percent of your children to the aligators you have tossed all your kids into the gaping maw of a reptile.

    Three hundred percent would be three times as many of your three kids, requiring you to procur six kids and make them your own then feed them to the critters.

    I have to wonder about your mental acuity with your use of 300 percent vice 100 percent.

    I would not trust anybody so mathematically impaired with assisting me or my Web site.
