Customers are king no matter what business you have, run or work for. Without customers your business wouldn't exist so its always wise to keep your customers happy, especially if you want a business to thrive.
Here are a few ways, ideas and suggestions you might like to put into action to keep your customers happy and spending money with you:

1. Keep in contact with your customers, be it through a friendly phone call, or just an email. Let them know what's going on with you and your business. Treat your customers as you would like to be treated and you should reap the rewards.

2. Respect your customers. Show respect in all your dealings with your customer.

3. Be honest. Keep your customers happy with your honesty, reliability and trust. These are key things which can make or break your customers relationship with your/a business.

4. Be personal. Don't talk or treat customers like they are numbers or just figures on your books, Instead treat them like they should be treated, which is like individuals who are all unique, different and that all have purchasing power which could make or break your business.

5. Keep your customers involved, through feedback, customer care, and customer services, make sure that your customers are involved within your business, how it is run and so on. Listen to your customers and they in return will listen to you.

6. Always offer 110% to each and every customer. A customer doesn't have to shop with you, they will always find somewhere cheaper, more customer friendly and more customer oriented to spend there money if you don't give them what they want.

7. Offer excellent, if not outstanding customer care and service. Customers really are the kings and queens of your business, so if they are not happy then you shouldn't be happy, get customer care policies into place, get problems resolved a.s.a.p, give refunds, and give a smile - it costs nothing.

8. Be honest and trustworthy. Customers will not be happy if you have lied to them, been deceitful or similar, so make everything crystal clear from day one to ensure your customers are happy bunnies.

9. Reward your customers. Provide a good customer reward, or customer loyalty programme that keeps your customers coming back for me. Remember to be good to your customers and they will be good to you.

I hope you have found this article both useful and helpful. Good luck with keeping your customers happy - it is possible.
