How to Keep a Friend

If you ever want to keep a friend don't ever loan them any money because, that is why a lot of people is not getting alone today,money is something that makes everyone happy and we really can't survive without it because,and nothing is free. When you mention the word money that alone can bring a smile to someone face when they know they'll be getting some money. So, when you loan that money to a friend just say goodbye to it because, you're never going to see a trace of it again, they will come up with all kind of excuses not to pay you, and if you do get any of the money back it will only be a portion of it. This could be someone you've known for a long time it doesn't matter, once money get involved in your friendship just consider it over because no one never pays you back like they promise, unless it's a very good and dear friend who have shown you in the past that they can be trusted, and have paid you back before you have to really know who you loaning money to because, most friends or relatives won't pay you back.

Most friends or relatives always come to you with these sad stories about how they need the money because, they need this, or that done or they have to pay something or they will be in trouble if they don't pay someone, what about you? or they will loose this and that but, you can't believe everything they say because, most people like eight out of ten won't pay you back as promise, there will always be a story as to why they don't have your money, and that was not the agreement you made with them.

You can't believe anything they say, most people will tell you anything just to get your money knowing fully well they're not going to have it when it's time to pay you back. What's happening is they rather tell you a lie than tell the person they owe the money to it's much easier to lie to you because, you're their friend or even best friend and they just can't let that other person know that they don't have the money, they know you won't be as mad as the person they owe so, that's why they lie about the money.

Sometimes they have every intentions of paying you back but, something always comes up, or someone they just can't disappoint and they rather tell you a lie than that other person. And sometimes they get in over their heads knowing they can't pay this money back because they have other obligations and just don't make enough money, usually they know this when they were borrowing the money.

So, if you want to keep a friend don't ever let them borrow money from you because, you'll never see it again, you want to believe in your friend because, they're your friend that's why you let them had the money in the first place thinking they were going to pay you back, that's a big mistake you can't even believe your friends when it comes to money because, everyone loves money, and just can't seems to get enough of it and will say just about anything to get it.

Money is what makes the world go around and if you have some don't ever loan it to your friend or a relative if you ever want to see it again. You may loose some friends because of this but, you can't go around just giving away money, and most of the time you have to asked for it back, when they tell you I will give it back to you next week don't believe that because, when next week comes it's always another story.

Your friends and family will break you if you let them and some just want someone else to give them their money knowing fully well they're not going to pay you back or can't afford to give it back some are just trying to get free money believe it or not you will be surprised.

So, no matter how sad their story sound you're going to have to stop and think about it first. And if you do decide to loan them the money and if it's a lot of money you better make sure you have them sign a promise to pay note saying they're going to pay you back and that this is a loan, or you may never see a nickel of your money again. If it's over a hundred dollars have them sign a piece of paper because if you don't you're going to just be giving away free money, can you afford to do that unless you're rich or just have money to throw away.

You don't need those kind of friends, and if they get upset let them, especially friends you should let them know right up front you don't loan out money, that way they'll know now to ask, and if they're truly a friend they will pay you your money back when promise without any problems, you can't trust to many people with your money especially friends and family because, they always think they don't have to pay you back.
