Keeping the spark alive in your marriage is very important but who has the time to even think about sparks? You are always juggling with your career, home and family and are on a run all the time. Once you become a mom your life seems to take a new twist, where your favourite jewellery gets tucked away so that you can deal with a world of dirt, dust and diapers.

1) Be Presentable and Welcoming!

At home after a long day all of us like to be in our most comfortable clothes but remember ratty old sweat suits do not help to keep the spark alive. And if you stay at home all day that does not mean that you dress shabbily and stay untidy.

You spend time on your looks and wear smart clothes when you go out to meet your friends or even shopping. In the same way your man deserves to see you presentable and neat when he returns back home. Try to be presentable and welcoming and make your man feel that you are excited to see him back home and you were looking forward to meet him.

From now on take out at least few minutes for yourself in the evening before your man returns to straighten your hair, wear your lipstick and try to look smart and sexy. The bottom line is just to be presentable and welcoming. Show your man that you care for him and are happy see him.

2) Set out to get Physical!

You can easily keep your marriage alive by doing some loving deeds and cute little gestures. Make it a point, to kiss your spouse when you leave the house and when you return. Find ways and excuses to get close to your partner, touch your partner and try to look deeply in the eyes while talking. Lay a hand on your spouse when passing the house or simply give a hug when you see your partner standing by the window.

Most of all do not limit sex to your routine. Make love at any time you feel like. And keep in mind not to postpone or deny your spouse advances if you want to keep your marriage alive.
