What is their problem? A lot of people fail when it comes to "preventing" stains. They can whiten their teeth all they want, but eventually they will become yellow once again. You must work toward keeping your teeth white. This will involve more than just plain whitening every now and then. It will involve you taking a little extra time with your teeth care schedule.
Remember that too much whitening of the teeth with chemicals will eat away at the enamel on your teeth. This will end badly. Losing teeth enamel will cause you to lose that pretty white solid color you have. It will cause your teeth to become see-through and brittle. This will cause you a lot of pain when you smile, touch your teeth together, and eat. You do not want to go there.
Natural is best: How to keep teeth whiter naturally.
Reach for the oranges - It is true. Take a few minutes during each teeth cleaning process to remove the peel from an orange and rub the inside of the peel on your teeth. The citric acids from the orange will help remove nasty stains. After you rub the peel on your teeth for a couple minutes, brush with your normal paste and rinse well.
Brush...brush...brush! - Brushing is all-in-all the major source of cleanliness. You cannot expect to go days without brushing, or even a night, and think that your teeth will be a pearly white. Nope. Not going to happen. Make sure to brush your teeth for about 5 minutes each night before you go to sleep and each morning when you wake up then rinse with mouth wash. Also, make a special note to brush after each meal. I know, I know, this is what your mom always told you, and it is true!
Note that when you brush your teeth, it is proper to go in a circular motion. This technique works a lot better rather than brushing side to side. Also, brushing your teeth with just water will also do the trick. You will not have that minty fresh breath that you will have after brushing with paste, but you will at least have clean teeth.
Bring out the strawberries - Get those strawberries out and mash them up. Apply the strawberry paste to your teeth for about 10 minutes and then remove with normal brushing.
Veggies rule - Who likes tartar? Not me! I bet you do not like it either. Eating crunchy vegetables will help remove and keep the tartar away. Vegetables contain fiber and fiber helps resolve tartar issues. Keep eating the crunchy stuff!
Baking soda, the ultimate stain fighter - I know, your face probably just cringed at the thought of putting that salty baking soda on your teeth, but it will be worth it in the long run. By mixing your household hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together, you will form a pasty like mixture. Brush your teeth with this paste. It will not taste all that great, but it is good for you teeth. Do not use too much peroxide because you will make the paste too liquid-like and peroxide works like mouth wash and can burn. Do not swallow and rinse well!
Keep it up with these simple solutions, and keep those pearly whites shining!
