Sunscreen is not a daily routine- Applying sunscreen every day is a must. This will help prevent skin cancer and keep your skin looking younger and healthier.

Your gums bleed after a good brushing- "Bleeding gums are an indication of gum disease, which is not only bad for your teeth, but has been linked to inflammation of the arteries and heart disease too," says interrnist Michael F. Roizen, M.D., author of You: The Owner's Manual

Your lips are constantly chapped- Chapped lips is a sign of dehydration. Dehydration can lead to fatigue and headaches. Try to drink six to eight glasses of water every day.

You have tried every fad diet there is- Women who yo-yo diet and continue to lose and gain the same weight are fives times more likely to have a weaker immune system then those to maintain a steady weight. Try to stick to a healthy diet and slowly drop weight and keep it off. Changing your lifestyle and not looking for a quick fix is the best way to go.

You can easily climb up two flights of stairs- Most people can do one flight of stairs with ease. Doing two is a little more of a challenge. If you can easily climb two flights without feeling fatigued then you someone who if physically fit.

You can not stand the smell of cigarettes- It is a great sign if you can not stand the smell. Avoiding any contact with cigarettes including second-hand smoke. Recent studies have found that second-hand smoke is linked to increased risk of cervical and breast cancer, not to mention heart disease.

It takes you a week or longer to finish one bottle of wine- A drink a day reduces your risk of heart disease. But drinking more then one a day can boost your risk of type 2 diabetes and breast cancer.

Fast food is not something eaten often- Moderation is key to all things bad. People who eat more then twice weekly of fast food is twice as likely to gain 10 or more pounds . These people also had a higher risk of diabetes, a study at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis found.
