Unhappy
If you are unhappy in your life than you need to make a change. Whether this has to do with a relationship, a job, etc when you are unhappy only you can change it. Things do not fall out of the sky and magically make everything right. However, I must caution you not to make changes without putting some thought into it. Never make changes out of frustration or anger. Like they always say sleep on it. Examine the pros and cons of what change you are planning and what affect it will have.
Attitude
When your attitude affects you and people around you than its time to make a change. Don't allow a bad attitude to dominate your life. Make the necessary changes to get your life back in order.
Goals
Its time to make a change when you are not reaching your goals. You will than need to redefine your goals and if change is necessary to accomplish them than you must make those changes so that you can reach your goals within a certain time frame. Don't settle for second best if you have a goal in mind than you need to make decisions and plans to accomplish that goal.
Environment
Sometimes you will need to change your environment if it is not healthy to accomplishing your goals. What I mean by that is if your environment breeds negativity than you should change your environment to a more positive one. If you find that the place in which you live is not helping you to accomplish your goals than a change may be in order.
Stagnating
What if where your are right now in this point in your life is stagnating. Your not going anywhere but just in a place of stagnation. When water sits and does not flow it will become scummy and stagnating over time. This may be where you are at in your life where your not going anywhere but just existing. Its time to shake things up and get your life back on track. In order to do this you will need to make some changes. Only you will know what those changes might be. Don't be afraid to make changes when you need to.
Health
When your health is affected by where you are right now than you need to make changes. Being unhappy and frustrated can cause health problems over time. Many times how feel about ourselves and our life can affect our health. The only way to correct this is to make changes now and stick to that decision.
Don't be afraid to make the necessary changes in your life that will put your life back on track. Your the only one who can change it no one can do it for you.
