Bring three quarts of water to the boiling point. Then add 1 cup of sugar and let that boil for 5 minutes. Then steep tea bags for 15-20 minutes. Allow tea to cool down to room temperature then add Kombucha mushroom and a half cup of starter (tea from the last batch). Keep mushroom at 90 degrees in a dark place for about 7-10 days.
