Types of Cholesterol
There are two types of Cholesterol LDL (low-density lipoproteins, or bad cholesterol) and HDL (high-density lipoproteins, or good cholesterol). LDL is the most important component of your cholesterol. When examined, LDL can put you at risk for heart attack and stroke by leaving deposits in your blood vessels and causing blockage.

Problems associated with Cholesterol

With high level of Cholesterol leads to blockage of blood vessels resulting in heart attacks, strokes and other complications.

Low level of Cholesterol can lead to depression, cerebral hemorrhage and cancer.

How to check Cholesterol?
Regular cardio-vascular exercise, total reduction in smoking, Very moderate amount of alcohol in take, less tension, healthy and balanced diet, change of lifestyle and having low Cholesterol foods.

It is very important for all us to understand that the modern and fast lifestyle is putting us in health risks. Busy life, life full of tension, tension in jobs, and tension at house added with smoking excessive alcohol intake and fatty and rich Cholesterol and sedentary desk jobs without any physical exercise all are assisting in increase in Cholesterol. This is resulting in heart attacks, stokes etc., at early age.

When in high tension state try to come out and take deep respiration or have relaxation exercise which, helps you to reduce tension to certain extent.

Be careful what you eat and drink, things that are taster to our taste bud need not help to your health.

Have more of green vegetables, salads plenty of water. More of mustard, ginger and garlic which help in reduction of Cholesterol.

Take time out in the weekend and visit some countryside with plenty of fresh air, lots of sunshine, away from busy life, no mobiles all helps you to relax.

Laughter is the best medicine to any kind of tension, have faith in god and have positive attitude in life.

Some times have laughter therapy which helps you to relax mentally, relaxes your face and mind.

Therefore, to prevent Bad effect of Cholesterol avoid smoking, tension, excessive drinking prevent or at least reduce in take of fatty foods and cholesterol rich food. Periodical checkup with doctor will help you to check your Cholesterol. After, all it is your life so have a healthy and happy life.
