How to Get Lean Muscle: 3 Gifts to Give Your Skinny Man This Christmas

Johnson Kee
Is your man someone who constantly complains that he can't seem to get lean muscle, no matter what he tries? You respond by saying that you love him the way he is, but he's too busy focusing on his own deficiencies to pay any attention to you. Sorry ladies, us guys can be incredibly self-conscious creatures. Wouldn't you like to know what we see when we look at ourselves in the mirror? Anyway, let's not go there. If you want more attention from your man this Christmas, make him happy by showing him that he can get lean muscle. Below are the three most popular gifts for skinny men like yours this Christmas.

1. A new set of weights

This is a no brainer. A new set of weights shows your man that you are listening to him (and want him to shut up) and care for his sense of personal image. Free weights are usually cheaper than gym equipment and they can be used in different combinations to exploit different muscle groups. I recommend buying a barbell and dumbbells, as well as a set of weights to go with it. It will set you back about $150.

2. Gym membership

I never personally really enjoyed going to the gym, since I could never focus on working out there. Too many people. But if your man doesn't really care about what other people think, it could be his zone and he might finally have some incentive to work out and stop moaning about being so skinny and weak. Some gyms offer membership to couples so you could improve your body at the same time.

3. A muscle gaining routine program

If you really want him to actually DO something and get more muscle, then a muscle gaining program is the way to go. Most men never gain a pound of muscle in their lives, simply because they never had the guidance to start off with. If you ask a man to bake a cake, he'd most like go out the supermarket and buy one from the bakery section. It's the same for working out. We sort of know how to work out but it'd be good if we had some sort of structure to go by.

Any one of these three gifts will set your man up for a happier and healthier year to come. You can buy him some peace of mind and yourself some peace altogether.
