Baked Bean Wraps. For this tasty lunch treat using leftover baked beans, just add some of the baked beans and a little shredded cheddar cheese to your favorite tortilla wrap. Wrap it up securely and place the entire wrap in the microwave. Microwave until steaming hot and enjoy! If you prefer your wrap slightly crunchy on the outside, try placing the baked beans wraps in a toaster oven and toasting for about 4 minutes. The outside of the wrap will then be golden and crunchy.
Stir Fry. Stir fries are a great way to use up vegetables, meats, and other leftovers. Try adding leftover baked beans to your next stir fry. The smoky, sweet barbeque sauce will add some tang to your stir fry and the beans themselves will add delicious protein and texture. Leftover baked beans are a great addition to just about any stir fry.
Salad Topping. Many restaurant chains have tasty green salads that feature hot savory toppings such as taco meat and chili. Baked beans also make a great, tasty green salad topping. Just throw leftover baked beans onto a fresh green salad for added taste and protein. Add some cheese and sour cream and you have a unique, tasty, healthy lunch all ready to eat.
Freeze Them. A final way to make sure those leftover baked beans get used up is to freeze them. Just place the beans in portioned zip-top freezer bags. Remove as much air as possible from the freezer bags before sealing. Leftover baked beans will keep nicely in the freezer for 3-6 months and they taste almost as good as fresh when thawed and reheated for quick side dishes.
