When you make a commitment to your life, health and happiness, you then begin to base all your choices on that commitment. As you become conscious and pay attention to your life, and create it one choice at a time, everything will change and start to align with that commitment. Then ideal weight, health, happiness and joy will blossom for you. What you perceive as not perfect, healthy or acceptable, will begin to effortlessly change and eventually fall away. In order to be at your best and give of yourself to others, you MUST take care of YOU first. You can not drink from an empty well. Know that making choices that feel good to you, will automatically be right for those around and close to you. If others in your field of influence are having issues with what brings you joy and feels good, then maybe it is time to take a closer look at your relationships and their core values.
In making all my decisions, large or small, I use my heart and a simple process I learned called Quantum Entrainment (QE). QE quickly and easily puts me in touch with my SELF ( heart energy ) and harmonizes my energy field. Any decisions made from this perspective will be for the good of all. . So what are my suggested steps to having your extra pounds quit you, creating joy, happiness, peace and your true heart's desire? Let's find out.
1. Commit to paying attention and being aware in your life in every moment
We create the future one moment at a time. Each now moment is an opportunity to create a different future, so stay awake and create what you really want. In terms of food, that translates into reading labels and making good health oriented eating decisions, not always succumbing to fast food and sugar fixes that are readily available.
2. Make decisions from your heart and what feels good, not what you think is right
Take the time to be with yourself. Laying one hand on your heart and then asking "what is it I really want", "does this ____feel good " or "is this ___good for me right now", will do wonders for your life in every aspect.
3. Trust and follow your heart and what brings you joy
When you learn to let your heart lead instead of your brain and ego, life will open it's doors to you and things you never dreamed possible will start to happen for you. Happiness, peace, joy, laughter and other positive emotions encourage alkalinity in the body. Creating an alkaline body terrain is a step in the process of achieving an ideal body mass.
4. Focus only on the choices, not the outcome
Throughout your day focus on being conscious about what you eat, think and feel. Let go of the need to achieve results. Having to perform puts pressure on you. That pressure eventually turns to stress which then turns to acid. An acid body terrain is the direct road to dis harmony or "dis ease" and excess body fat.
5. ADD to your diet, not take away
Make a change to healthier, alkaline food and product choices by substituting better quality. less toxic products for what you currently use and eat. 6 ADD at least 2 cups of fresh GREENS every day to your menu

7. Decide to make one day per week vegan, then eat only vegan foods all day
You will see and feel the difference in your energy and body as you do this simple exercise every week. If it feels good go for more days each week just eating vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. You may wish to read the book " The China Study " to see what scientific studies from 3 nations reveal.
8. Choose one or more new superfoods and add them into your daily food intake
Adopting this practice will give you an education, alkaline energy giving foods and lots of variety and flavor in your meals. When you consume alkaline raw foods you can eat any amount you would like. There is no rationing or going away unsatisfied and hungry. Superfoods are nutrient dense, health giving and satisfying. 9. Commit to making one new vegan or vegetarian recipe every week
Make this a fun thing to share with your family. Eating lighter is energizing, healthy and a fun learning experience for everyone. There are endless new foods to learn about and try. Eating vegan also helps you connect more fully with your heart and true self because they are expansive foods and naturally carry more sunlight ( photon energy ) in them.
10. Pay close attention to your everyday words. Choose to focus on what you DO want, not what you don't have or don't want in your life
Words and thoughts become physical things. They have immense power, so choose them carefully every moment. Remember the old saying, "be careful what you ask for?" Anyone who has watched the movie "The Secret" or who has studied quantum mechanics, knows that what you focus your attention on you create. Therefore, it is very important to only focus attention and energy on things and feelings you want in your life, period. That is why I am suggesting you focus on adding healthy vegan/vegertarian ( as fresh and raw as possible ) foods into your life and on making decisions that feel great in every moment. The universe reflects back to you what you put your attention on. When you focus on positive, "feel good" things instead of paying attention to how much weight you need to loose, how hungry you are, or how much pain you are in, you take responsibility for your life. The universe will respond and transform your life into wonder, joy, peace, health and happiness. Try it and be amazed every day!
Here are couple quick "ADD IN" recipes.
Coconut Mayonnaise
makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup cashews, soaked 20 minutes in pure water
1/2 cup young coconut meat
1/4 cup water
3 TBS lemons, juiced
1 -2 tsp raw apple cider or coconut vinegar
1 tsp thai red pepper paste
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 teaspoons white miso
Blend until smooth. You may need a little extra water or lemon juice to blend, taste to adjust flavor as you blend. Use on any thing you would put regular mayonnaise. May also be used for a chip dip, or base for a salsa.
Just like Pasta Marinara ( only fresh, raw and fabulous )
Serves 3-4
Marinara Sauce
2 cups rough chopped roma , SEEDED
6 sun dried tomatoes in oil, rough chopped (Mediterranean Organics)
1 chopped green scallion
1 TBS oil from sun dried tomatoes
1-2 medjol dates, soaked until soft
2 TBs fine chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp oregano, if desired
1 tsp ground fennel seed
Pinch salt
Put all tomatoes ( seeds taken out ), dates, onion and oil in food processor. Process about 30 seconds until blended, but still chunky. Remove to bowel and stir in oregano, fennel and chopped basil. Adjust flavor. You can also add fresh garlic if you like. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until the following day. Toss with zucchini or kelp noodle pasta and serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups, about 3-4 servings.
Pasta
2 packages Sea Tangle kelp noodles, 12 oz each ( in refrigerator section)
Soak noodles in salt water while you are making the marinara sauce. Then mix with the pasta. Place in glass bowl with cover in a dehydrator at 118 degrees or an oven warmed to 150 degrees and turned off. If using an oven check in a few minutes and warm up the temperature again. You want to just warm the noodles, not cook them for about 20 - 30 minutes.
