What you will need:
A lip brush
Lip Gloss
Lipstick (of your choice)
Lipstick Liner
Step 1: First make sure that your lips and surrounding lip area is clean and ready to go before you start anything.
Step 2: We are going to start on your upper lip first. Get out your lipstick liner (of your choice) and you are going follow your lips' natual shape and trace on the outside. This means do not apply the lipstick liner to the actual lip, but right above it. You want the lipstick liner to barely touch your lips. You do not want any skin to be left between your lips and the line you drew with lipstick liner.
It is important at this point that you are happy with the lip shape you have drawn. If you are not happy, now would be the time to do some personal adjustments.
Step 3: Take the same lip liner pencil that you just used and lightly (and I do mean lightly) shade in any areas of skin that may be showing between the line and your upper lip. The line you drew should be a little darker than the shaded area.
Step 4: Now use your lipstick brush to fill in your upper and bottom lip with a lipstick of your choice. It is best if you use a glossy lipstick because gloss gives the appearance of fullness.
Step 5: Now use a silver lip gloss as a highlighter. Add just a touch of silver lip gloss to the center of your bottom lip. This will help give your bottom lip fullness as well as the top.
If you are still not happy with how full your lips are, you can get some clear gloss and lightly add it all over your lips. Also, you can make the lip liner mark above your upper lip a little higher, but be aware to make touch ups throughout the day because the lipstick will wear off and reveal the skin between the lip liner and your natural lips. Keep it looking as natural as you can.
And that is all you do to make your lips look fuller!
