How to Live Stress Free Life

We all are under lot of stress and live the life with the stress form morning till night. How to get rid off this stress is itself a stressful question. All working people, male of female, carry a stress at their working place due to meeting their heavy targets loaded by the management under performance label. House wives are stressed looking after unending house matters and the children's behavior. The old people are worried about their health and financial condition. So the stress is every where. If you are struck in traffic you get stressed as you need to reach on time and getting late. You are helpless in all above situation. You don't find the way out. But you will be amazed to know that there are many things you can handle in a better way. You have every right to live a stress free life and no things can disturb you if you learn how to fight these stressful situation.

Let us start from your office place where most people under lot of stress. You work for any office and you have person to whom you report. He is not, in most cases, happy with your performance. You try your best but he is not impressed. You start feeling the stress. There are few things which you must keep it in your mind. This is a office and not any charitable institute. Here you need to perform better and better every day. You are paid for what you do and hence you are responsible for what ever you do. You need to perform better here. That is why you have been assigned in this office. Then why there should be any stress ?

Try to understand few things which may help you in relieving your stress. First assess your self. You were selected for the above job as you had qualification, experience and skill to perform here. Do the things the way you have been asked to. The boss is always right. You are not an extra ordinary intelligent person. If that would have been the case, you would not have been working at the grade what you are working now. You have your limitations. Try to learn the things which will enhance your performance. Its the quality work and not the quantity work which counts. If you have any problems, please communicate to your seniors and try to understand and learn. The things will surely improve. No one is perfect here. You need to learn from your mistakes and score over them. The seniors in your office at present were, once upon a time, juniors. If they did it, you too can do that. Have the confidence in yourself. Be positive. Let the negative thoughts go away.

No one in office will daily appreciate your work but will surely not miss any chance to criticize you. To point out mistakes is not difficult. You too can find many mistakes from others job if you are deputed to do so. These things are very common in office. Ignore them. You do your best and rest you leave it to your destiny. Still if you feel you are stressed, try this simple things. Keep the work aside for a moment. Take deep breaths and try to release your tension. Try to feel you are fine. Remember some one you adore most. Remember the best time you spent in your life. Decorate your table with flowers you like. Put photo frame of your family and look at that. Try to remember from where you had started and where you have reached. Remember some of the glorious moments of your life. Make a short call to some one you love most and speak with him for a while. Smell your favorite perfume. All these small things will bring you back to normal. Then resume to your work and try to do it in confidence. You can feel the difference. There is a limitations to all these luxury mentioned above as you are in the office. Please do not waste much time in it. Consider yourself as a lucky person as you have the respected job which earns a good amount. Think of those who do not have even suitable job to cater their families. The rest I leave it to you.

Women who do not work and have opted to look after the house and the children do carry similar stress. These women needs to organize themselves well so that they can have required time for themselves. Growing children and their unending questions etc.takes most of her time. She has lot of jobs to do at home from cooking to cleaning. She must keep her self free for her children and their activities. It's not that easy. Pending home work and crying children etc. increases to her stress. How she should fight all these things at same time ? All it takes is little patience and proper work allocation. It is a difficult job and more challenging than in the office.

Start early before your children get up from their bed. You can finish some part of the work before the children start calling you. Set a proper time table and you will find your self free for your own things. Before going to bed at night, keep some things ready which may help you in the morning. You must some how find and save some time for your own. That is the goal you must set for yourself.

With children have lot of patience as they try to irritate you most. Let them know who is the boss. Let them be under your control most of the time. Frequently punish them when they behave badly by telling them the reason why you have given them the punishment. Appreciate them when they listen to you and behave nicely. Let them understand why they should listen to you most of the time. Pamper them at times with small things. Let them not be a cranky child which would create a worst scene for you. Help them to help you.

Try and find some time for you for the things you always wanted to do but could not. Listening to your choice of music or viewing television shows. Doing some gardening work and planting some of the exotic flower plants. Let it be painting, singing, dancing, reading or writing, you must have some time free for your choice of work. These things will surely relieve your stress. Try to rearrange the furniture when ever you get time. Keep some fresh flowers in vase. Light some aromatic candles which would suit to your mood. You must feel happy at all the time at home. Remember this is your home and no one from outside will ever come to solve your problems. You need to handle them by using your skills and be a successful house wife. Trust your self, you are the best.

Aged people have many problems as compared to above. They even can not discuss them with any one. The health is the main cause. Some people face the financial crunch. They face the most critical condition. A proper planning towards your retirement plays a vital role here. To keep your self healthy you need to take regular light exercise and maintain your self properly. A yoga is very useful. Please plan your retired life which suits you best. Reading spiritual books or good novels will keep you mentally sound. Try to take a good long morning walk which will keep you healthy. Going places, if you afford it, will surely cheer up your mood.

At your age now, prepare your self to listen what others say. Forget your status as you are no more a care taker. Your children have taken that place. They are the care takers now. You need to listen to them what they say. Your advise is no more required so stay calm. Do not impose your ideas or your values on juniors. Your children are grown up now and they know what is good and what is bad. Encourage them in what they are doing. They may not appreciate if you interfere in every matter. You feel discarded and unwanted at home. You are not the only person in this world to face this situation. Every old man has the same problem as they feel discarded and not being treated properly.

Please do not think this way. Your children still loves you very much. They are grown up now and are busy in their respective career. Remember that at the height of your career, you too were very busy and your family at that time might have felt deserted. Don't jump on to conclusions and make your life worst. They will give you some time and talk to them nicely.

Do some meditation and yoga which will keep you free from stress. Accept the old age gracefully. Do some social work if you can. Be happy and stay fit is the only thing I can suggest you. Trust God and he will be with you to help you to live a stress free life.
