Open your program and let it load. You can load your photos from a digital camera or from your computer. To load your photos, go to the top of your window and click File > Get Pictures. A box will open and ask where do you want to get them from. Click the folder button to get them off of your computer. When you click the folder button, another window will come up. Locate your folder and click the OK button. Then click the Get Pictures button.
To load the photos from your camera, make sure that your camera is plugged into your computer. Then click File > Get Pictures. Then click the Choose Camera button. Select Get Pictures after you have ticked the field of how you want them organized. It will take a minute or so for your photos to load.
After your photos have loaded you can begin editing them. To edit a photo, click on the photo that you want to edit. Then click the Edit button at the bottom of your window. This will open your edit window. You can adjust the color, change it to black and white, change it to sepia tone, and more. If you want to change the photo to a black and white photo, click the Black and White button. Do the same for the others.
When you are ready to save the photo, you have two choices. You can click the Save Changes button and that will overwrite your original photo. Or you can click the Save Changes As and save it as a new photo. I would recommend that you save it as a new photo if you are going to convert it to black and white or sepia tone. That way you do not lose your original photo. Once you have all of your photos edited, you can upload then to the Shutterfly website.
To upload the photos, click the upload button at the bottom of your screen. Then click and drag the photos to the bottom window that you want to upload. Once you have all your photos that you want to upload in the bottom window, click the upload button on the left of your screen. You must be connected to the internet to upload photos. You must also have an account with Shutterfly to upload your photos. Signing up with Shutterfly is free.
