We all are short on time. There are never enough minutes in a day. However, that doesn't mean that we should skimp on our beauty or some of our beauty routines. We just need to learn how to become beautiful quicker. Here are some tips on how we all can look and feel great, without wasting a lot of time (like we have any time to waste.)
Skip the toner and cleanser
We really don't need to use these in the mornings. All we need to do is wash our face with some cool water. This is to wake us up really. Next, apply our moisturizer. This moisturizer should be one that includes a built in SPF for our face. Remember we always need to protect ourselves from the sun. Even during that morning commute, we may get zapped with some sun rays and we need to be ready for them.
Apply Eye Make Up Without The Fuss
Yes, when we have the time is nice to do the full eye routine, (brows, several shades of eye shadow, etc.) But during the morning rush all we need to do is: cover up any dark eye circles we may have, apply a dark color to our lower eye lid, add some highlighter, quickly outline with an eye pencil, and finish off with some mascara.
Allow Your Hair To Style While Your Sleep
When you can, style while you sleep. Sleep in a few braids to add volume to your hair the next morning (simply dampen the hair a little first). Sleep with some curlers on your ends for the same effect. Then in the morning all you will have to do is take out the braids or curlers, fluff, pin up and style just a bit.
Take the time to fight wrinkles
It only takes a few moments out of your day or evening to fight wrinkles. Just apply a cream that contains a retinol product in it such as the Roc line of wrinkle products. In a year or so, as others are aging, they may be complimenting you on how young you look. Then you will be glad you spared these moments.
Work on your tan while you sleep
Apply your self-tanner in the evening. Then you can awake to a newer tanner you. This will also help you get rid of the unpleasant smell that comes along with most of these tanners before others have to smell you.
Will these tips actually help you to look and feel great, while keeping you from wasting time? There is only way to find out if they work. Give them a try. What do you really have to lose?
