How to Look and Feel Younger

About 80% of women wish they could look and feel younger. Here are a few easy and affordable tricks to help you look and feel ten years younger.

Stop the biggest age thief by protecting your skin from the sun. To help pick the right sunscreen for your needs make sure you choose one that is effective against both UVA and UVB rays. Another great ingredient is alistin, an antioxidant that acts as a decoy to sun damage.

Try using age-erasing makeup. You don't need more makeup to look younger, you just need the right makeup. The skin on your lips thins as you age and you can fix this by choosing a lipstick with plumping action. It slightly irritates skin to provide a fuller look. You can also make your eyes appear younger by applying eyeliner only to the outer corners of your eyes instead of lining the entire eye, which actually makes eyes appear smaller. When it comes to uneven skin tone, this too can be corrected. Using a tinted moisturizer is the best way to do this.

Dress younger by updating your style regularly. Black may be basic but it also tends to make you look older. Instead opt for bright colors that highlight your skin. Dressing your feet to look younger is easy, simply swap your old tennis shoes for a pair of stylish boots. The right handbag is also essential to helping you look younger. Don't bother with a brown or black bag to match everything, instead go for a brightly hued bag or one that matches your creative, upbeat spirit.
