How to Look Like a Model

It is often said that confidence is the sexiest thing a girl can wear, but how true is that? Well lets see, ever seen a model walking down Times Square, wearing a very questionable ensemble, far from what she models on the cat walk, yet you still cant take your eyes off of her? It is not the clothes that make the model, it is the confidence! Confidence is in fact the sexiest thing a girl can wear. Although a fabulous outfit, though not an essential, does not hurt one bit.

Walk tall and proud. Models walk with their shoulders back , chest out ( not out too far to the extent where it looks fake), head held high and tummy tucked in just a tad. Good posture is key here , not only will it make you look thinner but you will ooze confidence, which in turn will ooze sex appeal. Being fit also has quite holds quite a bit of importance. Where do you think they get that confidence? They look good and trust me honey they are extremely aware of this fact. Most models work insanely hard for their body. To some extent they feel entitled to receiving all those jealous stares from women and gaga eyes from men.

To dress like a model you have to have quite a bit of confidence to pull off pieces that not many people are into (yet) but will be wearing after following in you trendsetting footsteps.You do not have to try too hard , the key is to be comfortable in what you are wearing and in your choice of outfit. A typical outfit i see many models wearing in NYC is , A white wife beater tank , super skinny jeans (Levis & J brand are the most popular.) A straw fedora with a black band on it , along with a printed scarf around the neck (worn untied) a Chunky black or red bangle( rimmed in gold) and black converse high tops.

I know it may seem like a very minimalistic outfit but being an off duty model is about wearing understated pieces and letting your confidence shine. Use these tips and you will notice those envious stares from women and all those men with gaga eyes begging to buy you a cup of coffee. Remember shoulders back , chest out , head held high and walk like you own the damn street, after all it is your runway.
