How to Lose 12 Pounds or More in 2 Weeks or Less

Two weeks from today, how are you going to look? Picture yourself as being at least 12 pounds lighter exactly two weeks from today. That's the starting point of your two-week trip to a slimmer body. You really need to believe in yourself and to believe in the fact that in 2 weeks from today, you are going to be at least a dozen or more pounds lighter, if you don't really believe in yourself and in your ability to successfully lose weight, losing weight will always be an uphill battle.

Choosing A Weight Loss Plan

You probably know that there are lots of crash diets, and "instant" weight loss pills that promise to help you "lose 50 pounds in 3 days!", but as a lot of people have found out (to their disappointment) "instant" weight loss diets and pills, usually end-up making matters even worse. Dieters who use "Crash Diets" usually find that while effective in the short-term, always end-up with the dieter gaining back even more weight than what she "lost".

Forget about over-hyped, and over-priced "miracle" diets, what you need to do in order to lose weight and keep that weight lost for good, is to choose a weight loss plan that switches off your fat storing gene and speeds up your metabolism! You also need a diet program that you can get started on right away, without delay.

P.S. when choosing an effective Diet Program, look for programs that incorporate Calorie Shifting, and that are created by Certified Weight Loss or Fitness Experts (an example of such programs are The "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" and The "MediFast Diet" Programs). Also make sure its not one that promises to help you "lose 80 pounds in 5 days or less" because that's almost always a sure sign that its a scam, remember the saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".

Exercise More Frequently

While an effective diet plan is very helpful when it doesn't take the place of an effective exercise routine, don't worry, when I say exercise more frequently, I don't mean you need to sign up at your local gym or start buying fancy fitness equipments. There are lots of low impact exercises you can carry out that are really quite easy and even enjoyable, exercises ranging from walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, or even swimming, and remember that a diet program alone, while being helpful, is no substitute for frequent exercise, so get active.

Just follow an effective diet program, get some frequent exercise, and I can assure you that two weeks from today, you will be a dozen pounds lighter!
