How to Lose a Quick 10 Pounds with the Easiest Diet on the Planet

ScottMack
After losing 10 pounds in about 45 days, I knew I had found a diet that actually worked, as well as, let me know I was eating too much every day. For those who might be curious about the diet I used and what it is, it's called the 100 calorie diet, and it's one of the easiest diets to do.

What exactly is the 100-calorie diet? It's a weight loss diet plan that was started by two sisters that lost over 100 pounds using a diet method that simply counts calories.

How does it work? It's very simple. You keep track of how many calories you eat on a daily basis, and you count by 100 units.

How many calories are allowed each day? This is the secret. Men are allowed to consume up to 2,000 calories, and women are allowed to eat up to 1,500 calories in a day. What you eat and when you eat it is totally left up to you.

Why does this diet work? You are not restricted on what you can eat, just the amount of calories. This makes it easier for you to do mentally and emotionally. All you need to do is keep track of how many calories are in each food item you eat during the day, and stop at the allowed calorie limit for each day.

Can you eat anything you want? Yes. However, eating healthier clean foods will help you lose weight faster. Try to eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

How long does it take before I start seeing results? You should start seeing results your first week if you seriously stick to the calorie limits. As a general rule, you should lose about a pound or two a week. This will vary depending on each individual's circumstances and so forth.

That's pretty much it. Almost too easy, I know. It's probably one of the simplest diet plans you can do to start losing weight. Just remember, your discipline will ultimately determine how much weight you will lose. With any fat loss or weight loss diet plan, this is always the case. You are the one that makes the diet work.
