How to Lose Those Last Extra Pounds

You been working out diligently and religiously for the last few months, trying to get that perfect body and be ready for the summer. You did so well, dropping weight and looking even so lovely in the mirror, just about getting into your perfect outfit, just about to reach your target, just a little more to go and all with be happy with the world at least you and your body.
Now for the last 2 weeks, your trips to the scale have been depressing. Same reading, even if you change clothes, no real change at all, why all of a sudden you cant seem to lose no more weight no matter what you try, you are stuck. So what does it take to finish the last 10 steps of your long journey, well here are a few tips to help you lose those last few pounds, some Do(s) and Don't(s).

Step 1 - You have to be patient, you will lose the rest of the weight, if your method was not working you would not have lost the initial weight, so it will work.
Step 2, Don't weigh yourself every few minutes, it wont go away that fast, and it will cause you to be stressed and affect you negatively, the mind is a very powerful in determining how your body will operate and function, so you need to have it working for you to help you lose the weight, rather than stressing and worry.
Step 3, Don't stop eating, or skip meals, or diet in a major way from the diet that you have been using. Stopping eating and skipping meals will be more detrimental to your progress than continuing to eat and drink, as this will affect your metabolism in the long run and how your body operates.
Step 4, You can start looking at your intake of food, if necessary, remove one of your high calories food, and decrease your intake slights, instead of 2 pieces of chicken, decrease to 1 and half. Increase your water intake just a little. Decreasing your "input" of food will help you loose
those few pounds, but remember not to stop eating.
Step 5, Increase your workout, but not drastically. You don't want to risk injury, and that will make you lose all the conditioned you have and you have to start over again. Add five meaningful minutes to your workout program, increase the number of reps if you are lighting weights, increase the length of time for each steps, and increase your aerobic exercise. Remember it is all about increasing your output.

Now that you have finally reached your optimal weight, and your input and output balances. You are not gaining or losing weight, but being consistent and getting figure, remember to maintain your routine. Keep you habits, eating, working out, and keeping a consistent sleeping pattern and every now and again changing the workout routine, to give the body other challenges. Keep up with your vitamins and supplements.
Following these easy steps will get you to your weight that you desire and help you keep it, remember losing weight is just as simple as making your output , greater than your input. remember all the hard work finished, just keeping your form till the finish line.
