Tab 1-Resources
In the resources tab you are going to find articles that you can read about health concerns. Some of these articles are on pregnancy, breast cancer, HIV, and colon cancer. The list is long. There is so much more. Some of the other areas of articles that they have are fitness, nutrition, wellness, and the body. For example in the fitness articles there will be fitness tips, benefits, and how to strength train. In the nutrition articles you will see articles on tools to lose weight and information on trans fats. The wellness area talks about cholesterol and diabetes. The body part gives articles about body parts such as joints, stomach, or muscles. As I have said before the list goes on and on. There are many articles to read on this site. It has great information.
Tab2-Fitness
The fitness tab will take you to videos of exercises that you can do. The exercises are done with gym equipment or weights. If you have hand weights at home you can use these videos as well. Some of the things that are covered on the videos are stretching, back, chest, shoulder, triceps, biceps, and hips and upper legs. There are actually more than this. I just did not list them all. If you have access to a full gym it will also give you exercises to do with gym equipment. It will teach you the correct way to use the equipment so that you do not get hurt. These are some powerful videos because you won't have to worry about hiring an instructor.
Tab3-Nutrition
This tab lets you keep track of what you have eaten. It also keeps track of your calorie and fat intake. This is a wonderful tool to have because many times you do not realize how much fat is actually in some of the foods that you consume. You will be amazed. This will help you to become more conscious and to each better. It will also help you to lower your calorie content. This area also has a place where you can input your current weight. The site will keep track of your weight for you. You will get to see how much you are losing as you go along. The site has graphs that show your progress.
Tab4-Health Information
This tab is where you keep all of your medical information. You can input the names and numbers of your doctors. You can input what medications you are on and what the dosages are. You can save which doctor put you on that medication and what the medication is for. You can say which medical conditions you have and which type of surgeries that you have had. You can also keep track of family history of medical conditions. This area also allows you to keep track of your blood pressure and heart rate. It allows you to do profiles on yourself so that you can input this information.
This is just some of the things that this site has to offer. I have not mentioned them all. I would encourage you to go and check it out. It is a very beneficial site. You can become even healthier by using this site. If you need to lose weight it is also a great tool to have. If you like to exercise then it is beneficial because they have a professional on there who explains how to do it correctly.
