The microwave became a great option to eating only cold food. The variety of frozen dinners available in today's super markets is huge. I began by reading the labels to see which frozen dinners are nutritious. It was very surprising to learn that the dinners, which ranged from Chicken Carbonara to Spaghetti, made well balanced meals.
With a cooking time of typically five or six minutes, they made for a very easy menu. I also incorporated walking into my routine. I began losing weight right away. After a week I had lost seven pounds.
The dinners were so tasty that I began to favor them over other foods. With the short time it took to prepare them in the microwave, I was hooked. My easy diet only got better when I began eating the grilled chicken, sesame stir fry and even macaroni and cheese. I continued losing weight. First, I easily lost ten pounds and then another fifteen pounds.
I was never hungry. The size of the dinners was just perfect. It was easy to stick to the weight loss plan. I ate every two or three hours. The meals typically were less than four-hundred calories each, and filled me up. The frozen food, easy diet, continued to make losing weight a breeze. Now I had lost thirty pounds.
I was eating the frozen dinners and obtaining nutrition just like the food pyramid shows!
The next step for my diet was to replace the fast food I usually grabbed for breakfast, with a frozen breakfast. My weight loss increased to forty pounds over a short period of time. I started cooking frozen breakfast meals in the microwave. Bacon and eggs, pancakes and waffles were all quite tasty. I would add a banana to complete my easy diet breakfast.
Exercise is clearly important to losing weight and I continued to walk farther. I had great stamina and was never hungry. My skin began to look healthier. My blood pressure went down. My diet worked perfectly.
Once I lost fifty pounds, I decided to replace about half the frozen food meals. I added more healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables. I have maintained almost all of the weight loss.
