1.) Looking at one week I pretty much eat the same amount of food each day and drink the same liquids. You are controlling and maintaining your weight.
2.) Only eat two meals per day, if you get up early eat breakfast in the morning, and dinner in the evening, if you get up late in the morning only have lunch and dinner in the evening.
3.) If you must eat breakfast just have something lite like juice and toast, or coffee and a bagel, no donuts.
4.) If you want a donut have one first thing in the morning when you get up,after you get ready for your day, not after eight o'clock but, between eight and eight thirty, and a lite salad or soup for lunch.
5.) When you eat three meals per day make sure breakfast and lunch is lite, and have your dinner around 5:30 or 6:00 so you can work it off before bed...
6.) Never have your dinner later than 7:00 p.m. because you want time to work some of that food off before bed time. If you eat and than go right to bed that can add more weight, you want to maintain your weight.
7.) Try to eat the same amount of food each day, if you eat something different just have a little, or a small portions and drink lots of water.
Now to recap, only eat two meals per day depending on what time you get up, if you get up early have some breakfast, and have some lunch at lunch time, and just a snack for dinner something lite. The thing is you don't want to have three meals per day unless they' re lite and healthy but, never eat three meals per day if you want to keep the same weight.
Maintaining your weight is easier than trying to loose weight. This article is for maintaining your weight,not for loosing weight, you should already be at a desirable weight than, try to maintain it. If you're at a weight you like well, you'll want to maintain it ,now if I get up early I will have breakfast in the morning and my dinner at dinner time, add have a snack during the day to keep from getting to hungry, you don't want to get to hungry because that will cause you to over eat.
If you are working you will get hungry again before dinner time. Never have a big breakfast,lunch,or dinner, because that is to much food for a day and that will make you gain more weight. If I get up late I will only have lunch, and dinner later for that day. To maintain your weight just try to eat the same amounts of food each day. Never eat sweets late in the day where as you don't have enough time to work it off.
If you eat to much food one day you have to work it off and make up for it the next day but, it's best not to over eat in the first place, because once you gain that extra weight you will have a hard time loosing it and getting back to your desired weight. If you want to maintain your weight think about what you're eating each day so you want over eat, and try to stick to your regular meals. To maintain your weight don't forget to do some type of exercise at lease three times a week, and even if you exercised twice a week that is better than not doing any at all.
