Manly men are awesome and do not care about what other people think. In order to be a manly man, you need to convince yourself that you actually are one. What I mean by this is that you need to learn how to command a high level of self-confidence, granting yourself the ability to do things with little direction or help. A real man never needs help - but he can accept it if it makes his life easier. That said, he should not actively look to make his life easier. He should thrive on challenges and competition to the point where he may even handicap himself so that non-manly men can have a chance. If he begins to lose, then he well remove the handicap and dominate all the girly men. Also note that manly men don't care about global warming because they are able to thrive in any temperature and climate.
In order to command a powerful presence and be manly, you'll need to be strong. Exercise at least three times a week, although you may also go four or five times a week. Weight training should be done no more than four times a week, as the body requires time to recover - although manly men are very powerful, they still are bound by the standard biological principles and limitations. One of the most popular exercises for manly men is to cut down a tree with an axe or hatchet. This is a great way to build core and shoulder strength, and is an incredibly manly action. It is a fact that all lumberjacks are manly and that their chest hair is actually used as the primary material in high tension wires.
Excel in something manly. It's worth noting that intelligence is a feature of a manly man, and is something that should be nurtured. Sports, however, are also an acceptable hobby to undertake. The point is that he should be able dominate girly men in at least five activities. Some things that a manly man might look to excel in are: football, soccer, wrestling, mixed martial arts, chess, engineering, weight lifting, carpentry, car repair, eating massive quantities of food, sweating a lot, ripping apart phone books, trolling online, shooting guns, poker, flexing, blowing shit up, and getting women. If you are able to succeed in at least five of these activities, then you are well on your way to becoming a manly man. Note that the list is not exclusive -- there are other things you can excel in to be manly, like wrestling sharks or jumping out of airplanes.
I touched upon diet in my list of activities, but it's something that should be further expanded on. No manly man is a vegetarian; in fact, a real man will follow the three-to-one rule. This rule states that any time a vegetarian passes up meat, the one following the rule should eat three times the portion passed up. As should be obvious, manly men should eat plenty of beef. The rarer it is, the better, as this will give him more energy due to increased creatine and hormone levels. It's also possible to eat other awesome foods, including putrid shark and liver - foods that are thought to stimulate hair grow.
Finally, remember that being manly is just a mental attitude. You can excel in anything if you try hard enough, so just put your mind to it and you can become manly in no time. Follow the above tips, and you'll be getting girls in no time with little or no effort.
