One of the easiest ways to market an online product offline is through fliers. You can easily post up fliers on bulletins boards all over for the cost of only a few cents for a piece of paper. You can take this a step further to ensure that more people read your fliers and engage in a more proactive distribution campaign for marketing your online products offline. A great way to do this is to contact your local pizza company. Often times they will have rates as low as $1 per 100 fliers distributed which is a great deal since it ensures that each flier is actually being read. They then tape these on the top of the pizza box and you have reached 100 possible customers for only a dollar.
A very effective form of offline advertising, that works great for online products, is your vehicle. For a couple hundred dollars you can get your vehicle covered in excellent looking graphics that really grab other motorist's attention. Even if they don't understand just what your product is people tend have a curious nature. By seeing someone local marketing a website they are apt to check it out when feeling a bit bored at home. You may be surprised at just how many local people are willing to buy a product that is sold on a professional looking website by another person that they know to be local; it provides a great trust factor to your product.
Finally, if you can afford it, try a billboard. This works especially well for travel or auto related online products. Promise something great and plug your website address, make sure it's a short URL so folks can remember it. If you have a billboard with good road frontage you are really seeing an incredible amount of traffic driving by every day. You will pick up a few hits from people passing by but a person on their regular commute is where you make your bread and butter here. People who drive by your billboard every single day will eventually give in and check you out, this is pretty much guaranteed.
