The first tool used should be posting your commercial on You Tube and making sure that the public setting is marked. If you do not have a You Tube account, it takes only minutes to set one up. Since quite a few people view You Tube daily, you can bet that you will get the exposure that you require and it literally will cost you nothing. If your production is really good, it could be picked up and shared by millions in a matter of days if not hours. Once you have signed in to You Tube, you should see a label titled "upload" at the top of the window. Once you click on it another window will open so that you can browse and find your commercial which should be stored in your "My Video" folder. Once it has completed the upload you should see the notice highlighted in green. Next you should stroll down and fill in the required information describing your commercial. Once you have completed that click on "ok", "done" or "submit". Another notice should appear highlighted in green and you are done.
The next thing I suggest is attach this commercial to an email and send it to anyone that may be interested in your products already in your address book from your email account. This commercial can be sent to all news outlets and directly to those people and businesses that you wish to reach through their email. It is always beneficial to remember the power of numbers. There is an old saying in business, if you send out information to 10 people, 8 of them will actually read it. Out of those 8, 5 will actually think about responding. Out of those 5, 3 will actually respond. Using this as a template, sending out your new commercial to 20 may just double those who will actually respond. Either way, the more people who view your commercial the better your chance of someone who can really help you grow may see it.
Finally, you can also upload this commercial to your face book, my space and even twitter page. The only limitations to whom you can send this commercial to is your imagination. Because it is less than 25MB in size, it should take no longer than 5 minutes to attach and maybe another 5 to actually go out. You may not be the next Oliver Stone but you will be able to reach millions of customers in less time and at little to not cost.
The energy that I felt after making my own commercial and sending it out via, you tube, face book, MySpace, twitter and email can not be properly described.
