How to Maximize the Chances of Getting the Job You're Interviewing For
Giving Security to the Person Giving the Interview
Those responsible for recruitment seek above all to solve a problem, in other words to satisfy a need that the company has.
Not always, but often the person in charge of hiring seeks to feel good about their purchase, i.e. the person they recruit.
In fact, employers believe that experiencing a good "chemistry" between a recruiter and candidate is at least 80 percent, if not more, of the success of the recruiting process and equation.
Candidates must make the recruiter feel good and comfortable about them. If you prove that you have the ability or potential to meet the needs of the organization and if your interview makes the recruiter feel comfortable with you, then you have a bigger chance of getting the job.
Being clever and charming is key in this process. Everyone has advantages and disadvantages. But if the seller (candidate) can convince the customer (the person responsible for recruiting) that its advantages outweigh its disadvantages, the opportunity to sell (the contract) will increase.
When the recruiter has asked everything, all has been said and all candidates have been examined, if a person asks for employment, that fact alone is often a decisive element to get hired.
Showing determination and going to the point is viewed as being proactive. In other words practical and concrete approaches from a candidate could sell well to the interviewer:
As a candidate you should always make the recruiter feel that; "you understand their vision, believe in their vision and that you have no intentions of failing. If need be, let them know how you can turn their vision into reality.
Think about it, who could resist such enthusiasm and commitment? This attitude can lead to conclude contracts and close the deal. If dynamism and persistence from the candidate in the proposed post is good and demonstrated in their search for job interviews, recruiters will find it worth taking the risk of hiring this type of candidate more than one that doesn't express its values.
An attractive candidate is always what recruiters are in the look for. Here are some ways that make those responsible for recruitment to feel good about us:
It is important to express that we like to work with other employees and contribute to teamwork environment. It is necessary that you show that you are technically competent, or can be trained. Answer the questions directly, honestly and concisely, demonstrate a genuine interest in the enterprise and office.
Let them know that you researched the company and show basic knowledge about what they do, show that you understand the purpose of the company and therefore, the purpose of the position available. It is good to show that you are educated and have good manners.
Be enthusiastic, dynamic, have energy and smile with sincerity, but don't overdo it and be sincere when doing it. Have an attitude of "can do. I can get it done. I will. No problem"
