Taking Steps that Enhance Growth and Relieve Stress
First, taking the time to do some type of exercise/meditationwill create a great start to the day. It will could be a five minute routine or reading an inspiring scripture passage to get you going each day. Doing both will get your mind and body re-energized for the day ahead. It it is best to have a scheduled activity that will get the brain focused on a goal to accomplish. The key is to get up at least 15 minutes earlier than normal to get started without making yourself stress over getting ready for work.
Second, a healthy starter meal for breakfast is a great way to continue the waking up process gradually. After exercising and a brain workout, a great meal with a nutrition rich snack will jump start your day. The reason to eat after the workout is because you will probably work up some hunger. This should consist of any major tasks that must be accomplished in their order of importance. This will make sure that you don't forget anything vital to the success of the day. Using a scheduler on the computer is a good option too. Google has some great options for organizing using spreadsheets and more.
In sum, doing all the aforementioned actions will provide the best success plan for any workday.
