Another way to bust belly fat is exercise but it doesn't mean to do those dreaded crunches or go work out at the gym. You can do a structured exercise such as walking on a treadmill, going to an aerobics class for half hour to 45 minutes three times a week. Or you could give yourself a couple of projects to do around the house every week such as cleaning the garage, hand-wash the car, or do some work in the yard.
