For years people have used various forms of meditation, and enlightenment ideals to help bring their bodies into a stable more healthier state. The practiced methods that these people utilize all work under the premise of bringing your body into a relaxed, accepting state. Checking up on some of the latest in mediation techniques can greatly benefit your journey into the mind healing body experience. Once you have a few basic techniques for meditation down, and you understand the idea behind how your mind can be utilized to more quickly heal any sickness or injury on your body you can begin by getting into that relaxed, mediative state.
Once you have achieved the ability to go from your daily normal status, to that more relaxed, mediative state, you can begin the visualization techniques that many new age healers utilize to bring the body to a healthier state at a quicker pace. A common visualization technique involves you inside your mind, walking up to a door that reads healing room. You approach that door enter in, and imagine a room full of peace and solitude, a room designed to bring you in that mediative state, to a much happier, peaceful stance. Once inside that room, you can imagine yourself as walking up to a mirror image of yourself, sitting on an operating table. The avatar transposed of yourself on the operating table, is said to be your bodily person, while the person walking into the room, is your mind.
There is a common belief that using accentuating colors to represent pain on the operating table avatar is best to label out what needs healing. Once you have identified the area that you want to heal, you can begin by breathing in a healing color, from some people it is blue, others it is gold, it all depends on what color seems to be a more healing one to you. As you breath in oxygen, you breathe in that healing color, and watch as you draw it to the part of your body that needs healing, imagine that color wrapping around the damaged area, then as you breathe out, you breathe out that reddened pain, with a tinge of the healing color you originally breathed in. As you continue to breathe in and out, you can imagine that paining area on your body becoming more and more the color of healing, and less the color of pain.
Doing this for any amount of time, can help you get into the state of mind, that your mind is healing your physical body, and will help speed up the healing process. Overall, while it may seem gibberish at first, and a little absurd, do a little background check into meditative healing processes, and read about how your mind can be utilized to help heal your physical body, at a much faster rate.
