One way to help to reduce this stress is to not loose yourself in the mix. A woman can still be a good wife, a good mother without loosing who they are. In making sure that there is some free time to do the things that were fun and that was done by them. This can be done by even simply taking a break, sitting down and doing nothing. A reflection of the added promise that a woman can be all these things of a wife, mother and to remember how it is to feel good about one's self makes all the difference. It can also, mean less stress for a woman who has chosen to do all these things. The importance of not loosing one's self in all that goes on around you, is so crucial to remembering why you wanted a family, marriage or even a career.
Another way to be able to take a look into who you are, is to remember to take sometime to manage activities. All these roles could be important to you, but sometimes they may end up being overwhelming. In this case, making a list will help with prioritizing what comes next. So what happens when the stress seems unbearable? This is a time where you need to remember that you are a strong woman and taking a time out is ok. This does not mean you are a bad person if you suddenly need to leave the kids with a babysitter to go out for a cup of coffee. It just means you know at times you need this for yourself a chance to reconnect, a chance to rediscover yourself as a woman. The other people in her life can enjoy what she enjoys in being a strong confident woman.
