How to Make Money Online with G2BUX: Site Review

Jahna
I'm constantly on the lookout for new ways to make money online, and by way of that search, I just came across this site called G2BUX. Now, according to their site, "G2BUX is a social networking site for people who help their friends make and save money online". Sounds simple enough, but what is this about exactly?

It's free to join. You get 100 G2Points when you register, which translates into $5.00. You also get $0.02 for reading email. Now, I am not a big fan of PTR-email-type-programs, since they seem to give such a small amount and it takes such a long time to accrue enough money to make it even worthwhile. Some people swear by these adn seem to really enjoy this. That being said, maybe that's enough of a reason for you to check out G2BUX.

For every referral you send their way that translates into a registered user, you get $1.00. With all these things you get paid to do, you can cash out at $100.00 (which is 2,000 points). But, here's the catch, "$ 25 is retained ... as a retainer and the balance $ 75 is paid to the member". That's still a good chunk though so I would not turn my nose up just yet.

G2BUX also has a job search feature. Members are allowed to post their resumes for free (and you also get 10 points for doing so), and employers will pay G2BUX if they actually hire a member from their site.

They seem to rely on a point scheme which is detailed very well on their site, so if you do decide to check it out, make sure you read these to understand what's going on. You get $0.10 (2 points) for answering a free or paid question, but have $0.25 (5 points) deducted if you ask a free question. You also get one point just for logging in each day. There are tons of other ways to generate points, such as writing reviews of products, services, movies, other websites, etc. and they have a strict anti-spam policy.

They also have a points incentive for adding business cards to their database, for which you get paid if a visitor to the site purchases the information.

The site has a very user-friendly interface, but I think I will have to play with this for about a month to let you know how this one turns out. Preliminary reviews suggest that this site looks very promising. Check it out for yourself.
