How to Make Money Without Spending Any - a Few Suggestions

Can You Make Money Without Spending Any Money?

Joe Simon
When I first started trying to make money online I was a little stuck. How to make money without spending money and avoiding scams while investing in worthwhile programs to teach me can be a scary proposition for the skeptic. The internet is a big scary place and people are constantly throwing up red flags identifying everything as a scam. Later on you find out that the person may have not succeeded at whatever they were doing and placed the blame on someone else. This isn't to say that there aren't plenty of scams out there and programs that over promise and don't deliver. Once you understand that there are no get rich quick schemes and you have to treat this like you would any other job you're better off. The biggest problem is finding ways to make money without spending any so you can use that money to fund your business. This is what I recommend doing. Please note that I am only recommending things that I have tried and it has worked for me.

Keyword Research

One of the most important things you need to learn if you want to earn money writing articles and driving traffic to those articles is Keyword Research. You can write the greatest article in the world worthy of the Pulitzer Prize but it's useless if people can't find it.

Project Payday

Project Payday was one of the first sites I signed up for when looking to make money online without spending any. The Project Payday system teaches you Freebie Trading and how you can make money by signing up to IFW sites as someone's referral. IFW stands for Incentivized Freebie Website and these are the sites where you complete trial offers, surveys etc. and earn money by referring people to the sites. Once you receive credit for completing the offers the person who refers you gets paid by the site and they send you a percentage of their earnings (usually 50-70%). Once you have completed offers you can start referring others to the IFW sites to make money.

Project Payday has a complete training program complete with reading material and videos that shows you all you need to know. They will even help you complete your first trade. The best part is that it is free to join and you can complete the training in a few hours so if you decide it's not for you you only lost out on a few hours of your time.

Writing Articles

If you're looking to learn affiliate marketing than you're going to be writing several articles. A good way to practice and hone your skills as a writer is to write articles on random subjects that you know a lot about and submit them to article directories. Now, you don't need to be a great writer, you just need to use proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure, but you do need to learn to engage the reader on the subject and make them want to learn more about what you're writing about (and trying to sell).

Associated Content

A good place to get started and get paid for writing articles is right here at Associated Content. AC publishes content on a wide variety of subjects and and pays performance payments based on how many views your article receives. They will also pay up front for exclusive content as long as it follows their terms and publisher guidelines and, of course, if they approve it. The great thing about Associated Content is the more content you submit the higher your performance payments are. You can probably net yourself a substantial income doing this. You're not just limited to submitting exclusive content either. Nope, you can submit all the articles you write and still be eligible for performance payments.

Submitting Articles to Article Directories For Affiliate Products

You can earn money by referring others to products you find on Amazon, Clickbank and other affiliate networks. Clickbank is the easiest. By writing unique and original content you can generate sales for a commission. There are several article directories but the biggest ones are:

Squidoo
Ezine Articles
Articles Base
Go Articles
USA Free Ads

Get Some PLR Content

PLR stands for Private Label Rights and consists of articles, website and blog graphics, letters, ebooks, reports and more conent that you are allowed to modify, use and re-distribute. The idea is to re-write all or a portion of the content and post it on a blog, use it in autoresponder, use it as website content and more. I've been a member of PLR Wholesaler for a long time highly recommend it. If you don't wish to join there you can find plenty of PLR content for a very low price. This is a good place to start if you're looking for ideas or need to jump start a site, blog etc. or if you're just not that great of a writer or you need ideas. If you choose to submit to article directories you're going to have to rewrite the entire article and make it original content. Just because a few people chose to write about the same subject doesn't mean you're plagiarizing people. Make sure you read the site rules too. The free report I mentioned earlier explains it more in depth. Have a look at it to see if it's the right thing for you.

Get Paid To (GPT) Sites

Get Paid To sites are a great way to earn a little extra money completing surveys, playing games and filling out sponsor offers. This is similar to IFW sites except when you're credited for an offer the money is added to your account and once you accumulate a certain amount of money you're paid. If you're weary of freebie trading than this is the perfect alternative. Or you can combine the two. A good strategy is to sign up for IFW sites that only require you to complete 1 offer and save the remaining offers for the GPT sites. It's much easier to refer people to and complete IFW sites that only require one offer and may be the best thing for you.
