First and foremost tip is to avail water park facilities with empty stomach or partially filled stomach only. Never go for the water rides after full lunch or dinner. This can lead to severe digestion problems as well as the cardiac problems. Always ensure that your swimming costume is comfortable and is of correct fit. If you are using specs, please remove it and keep it at a safe place away from water pools. It is not advisable to wear the shoes during the water park visit. Instead of that, a pair of sandals would be fine. There can be many different types of water rides in the park. Please select the rides suitable to you based on your age, liking, and health. If you are suffering from high blood pressure or cardiac problems, avoid long water slides that have a free fall from a large height. Make sure to come out of the water ride may be after every 45 minutes or so to take rest and relax for some time. The long easy chair is a good option to relax. Please take deep slow breaths while relaxing, keeping your eyes closed. It is advisable to wear the protective goggles at the time of going in to the rides that splash lot of water. This would save your eyes from the attack of Chlorine and prevent the eyes burning and they would not become red. Make sure to read all the instructions displayed at the entrance of each ride and strictly follow all the rules listed. You must also ensure to consume lot of liquid, preferably in the form of water or lemon squash as you will feel very thirsty when you remain in water for a long time. Strictly avoid alcoholic drinks while in the Water Park. In case of extreme need, one can of light beer or a glass of wine may be consumed. But never drink strong drinks like whisky, vodka, and other spirits. This would dehydrate your system and lead to sickness. If you have any child with you, please ensure that he or she wears the life jacket all the time while remaining in the water park. Some of the water pools are having water at the temperature around 110 degrees F. Please keep younger children of age less than 12 years away from such water rides. If you feel uneasiness or discomfort at any stage, immediately come out of the water pool. Always use all the rides with patience and ease avoiding rash running and playing in the water rides. If you are on any medication like of high blood pressure, make sure to take them as per your daily routine.
It may be really helpful if you carry some good reading books with you in the water park along with some good music. The eyes blind folds also can be very useful for relaxing after hectic activities in the park. Always ensure taking the shower in the park facilities prior to leaving the park. This would wash away all the chlorine from your eyes and the body. Try to change in to dry clothes immediately so as to avoid acute cold and cough. Make sure to keep on visiting rest rooms for urination as it has been observed that the bladder becomes very active when your body remains in water for a long time. Also make sure to drink lot of water periodically. The extremely chilled water must be avoided. If you are suffering from any skin diseases, it would be the best to remain away from park activities to protect other persons from the spreading such skin disease. The water parks generally remain open from 9 am to 9 pm. So, try to take some rest in the afternoon for around an hour or so away from the water park in your room. This would refresh you considerably for the entire evening of water park activities.
I am sure above tips would help all the visitors to enjoy water park thoroughly during the coming summer.
