Free friend adders, or bots, are against MySpace's Terms of Service. If you are caught using one, your account will be cancelled and the Administrators will not allow you to re-open your account.
Most people who go out looking for hundreds of new friends at a time are small business owners and undiscovered musicians. They use friend adders to send out friend requests to online users, sometimes up to 500-1000 at a time. Bots can not avoid captchas, so the user has to monitor the program and physically enter the captchas, but it's still against the rules.
So how then can you add tons of new users a day without getting your MySpace account cancelled? In one word, Mobsters.
Sign up for the Mobsters MySpace application game and play for a few days to accumulate a good amount of money. Once you have enough money to open a bank account, go to the Made Men page at the top right of your screen and look for the section called most wealthy.
Click on the top user and you will be taken to that player's profile where you can add in-game comments for $500 each. All you have to do in the comment section is type in your MySpace URL, such as myspace.com/example-user and hit enter.
Refresh the page and you will see that your comment has been added and others have already added their URLs on top of yours. That's how popular this method is. Keep entering your URL once every 30 seconds or less, depending on how active the comment section is at the moment.
Now go back to your MySpace homepage and you should already see new friend requests. If not, come back in an hour and you will be surprised. The amount of new friends you can get is limitless. Be sure to place your URL on other made men profiles that are further down on the list. People don't add comments to those as often, but they will help out immensely.
MySpace friend bots allow users with small business to target the friends of a user with a similar business or similar interests, so while your new audience won't be as targeted, your account won't get shut-down by MySpace administrators.
