Right click on this link and open it in a new window or tab. This is the generator page for creating this icon collage. When the page loads, you will see the squares where your icons will go. Above the squares you will see your different options. Let's go through the options.
Grid - The first option is the grid. This is where you select how many rows and columns you want in your grid. Drop those two boxes down and select the number of rows nd columns that you want.
Border - The next option is the border size. By default it is set at 1 pixel. You can change this if you want too. The higher the number, the thicker the border. You can see the changes when you make them.
Color - This is the color of your border. Click the color box and select the color that you want for the border.
Now you are ready to start adding your icons. To use the icons on this site, click the Add Icons button. A window will pop up and you will see the different links. Click the Icon link. When you click the icon link, a list of categories will expand beneath it. Click the category that you want to view.
Then you will see all of the icons in that category. Click the Get MySpace Link button to add that icon to your collage. You will only need to click it one time. The code will not appear but the icon will be added to your collage. Continue adding the icons until you have your collage filled up.
If you want to upload icons from your computer, do the following. Click the Upload Icons button. When the window opens, click the Browse button. Locate the icon that you want to use and click Open. Then click the Upload button. Continue doing this until you have uploaded all of the icons that you want to use.
To remove an icon from your collage, hover your mouse of the icon that you want to remove. Then click the remove button. Once you have your collage set up, click the Generate button at the top.
On the next page you will see the different codes that are available. Select the code that you want. Then login to your MySpace account. Go to your Edit Profile page and paste the code in any of the boxes. If you are using the collage as a background, paste it in the about me box. Click the Save All Changes button to add the Icon Collage to your MySpace profile.

Post a CommentI am having trouble adding icons from my computer. what type of file do they need to be?
I just wish I had many photos of myself as Sandra Bullock does on one of her fan's sites. That would be funny to do that on my profile.
