Are you frustrated by slow hair growth and tired of paying for expensive commercial shampoos that don't seem to remedy the problem? If you answered yes to this question the following natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe may be the answer to your problem.

Slow hair growth can be caused by a number of different problems, luckily there are many natural ingredients that can be used in natural shampoo recipes to stimulate hair growth helping you have hair that is thicker, longer and healthier looking. This natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe is also both easy and inexpensive to make and calls for ingredients you can easily find at your local grocery store.

You will need these ingredients to prepare the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe: 2 1/2 cups water; 5 tbsp. grated ivory soap; 2 peppermint tea bags; 1 tbsp. dried and crumbled rosemary sprigs.

Begin preparing the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe by grating a small 1 oz. bar of ivory soap with a cheese grater. You will not need all of the grated soap for this recipe I suggest you store any unused soap in a Ziploc baggie so it will be handy for your next batch of natural hair growth stimulating shampoo.

Ivory soap is one of the few pure soaps that is also inexpensive. Its presence in the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe will help remove dirt and oils from your hair without adding unnecessary toxins or harsh chemicals to your hair. It will also give the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo a nice bubbly lather when it is used.

After grating the soap bring the 2 1/2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan. Add 5 tablespoons of grated ivory soap to the water and stir constantly until the soap has melted. Once the soap has melted remove the saucepan from heat. Make sure the soap has completely melted before removing the pan from the heat.

Next place two peppermint tea bags in the saucepan. Peppermint naturally stimulates hair growth in a variety of ways. Its presence in the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo will increase blood circulation in the scalp stimulating hair growth and making your hair look healthy and shiny. Adding peppermint to the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo will also help the shampoo remove dried oil and shampoo build up from your scalp which will encourage hair growth.

After placing the peppermint tea bags in the saucepan add 1 tablespoon of dried and crumbled rosemary sprigs to the pan. Cover the pan and allow the mixture to steep for about 10 minutes. Stir the mixture every two to three minutes while it is steeping.

Rosemary is an excellent way to naturally stimulate hair growth. Rosemary's presence in the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo will increase circulation of blood in the scalp helping deliver the nutrients your hair needs to grow thick and strong. Rosemary is also antiseptic in nature using it in the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo recipe will help the shampoo unclog hair follicles of dirt and debris that can inhibit hair growth and prevent hair from getting the nutrients it needs.

Once the natural hair growth shampoo has steeped for the allotted time remove the tea bags and allow the mixture to cool. After the natural hair growth stimulating shampoo has cooled strain it into a clean 20 oz. soda bottle and screw on the lid.

The natural hair growth stimulating shampoo is gentle enough to use several times per week. Use it as you would any other shampoo but take care to massage the shampoo into your scalp for several minutes before rinsing it out in order to further stimulate hair growth.

Your hair should look healthier and the shinier after the first few uses and after a week or two of use your hair should appear thicker and stronger.
