How to Naturally Increase HGH

Natural Growth Hormone Releasers

Dan N Gregory
Human Growth Hormone abbreviated HGH, is a protein-based peptide hormone consisting of 191 amino acids. Growth Hormone stimulates cell growth, reproduction and rejuvenation. Growth Hormone is produced in the anterior pituitary gland.

The beneficial effects of growth hormone are numerous; including enhancement of athletic performance, improved memory, increased strength, improved immunological responses and general well-being. Unfortunately, a lot of people feel they can inject HGH and not expect to have health consequences. Synthetic growth hormone injections definitely will build muscle and strength, but they can have negative effects on bone health and result in cellular overgrowth. Our bodies are not meant to have supraphysiologal (above natural limit) growth hormone levels. However, boosting growth hormone naturally, is a much safer idea.

In order to raise natural growth hormone release, you have to increase the hormone output of the anterior pituitary. The second way of increasing growth hormone levels is by decreasing somatostatin levels. Somatostatin inhibits growth-hormone release.

Here's how to do this. There is a lot of documented research on Mucuna Pruriens extract, the herb naturally contains a compound called L-Dopa. L-Dopa is known to stimulate the pituitary gland and inhibit prolactin secretion; resulting in enhanced growth hormone release. Find a mucuna pruriens product that contains at least 60% L-Dopa. To inhibit somatostatin you will want to buy a product called Alpha-GPC. Alpha-GPC is a chemical that boosts acetylcholine and simultaneously inhibits somatostatin.

There's two natural and potent pathways to target, for increasing growth hormone release.
