How to Naturally Stay Disease Free

The key to preventing disease is to never focus on the disease. This means that, if you have anybody in your life telling you, "If you don't stop smoking cigarettes, you're gonna get...." then you might consider cutting them out of your life, or at least your conversation. It is just that type of negativity that is the perfect breeding ground for disease. I know. I used to have a highly-degenerative disease. Key word: "used to."

Sunshine. Again, ignore and stay away from all comments concerning sunshine and skin cancer. Sunlight generates Vitamin D, which is important not only for skin health, but for mental and emotional health as well. Also, the sun's rays produce a huge variety of lightwaves, all of which you need. Don't burn your skin, for that IS unhealthy, but do get plenty of sunshine every day. Also, over time, your skin will get used to the sun and produce greater pigment, even in fair skin. That means that you should start out at 5 minutes a day on all sides, and build up to somewhere around 45 minutes a day, increasing your time by ten minutes every week.

Water. A lot of people have disease that could easily be eradicated simply by drinking enough water. Your body needs water in order to flush out toxins, hydrate tissues, create barriers against harmful foods or injuries, and it needs to change out this water on a regular basis. Be sure to drink tap water, because it contains excellent minerals not found in food, rather than drinking bottled water.

Happiness. If you are a negative thinker, or you live with someone who is not at peace, know that this is a good way to develop disease. Energy must be spent to filter out the garbage and come back to the truth, which is that you are healthy, your life is good and you are happy. Any alterations from the path of reality lead to extra energy being used to confront your own negativity. You absolutely must learn to eradicate that if you are to stay disease-free, or to fix a current disease.

Relationships. There is nothing more healing for the body than good, friendly times with the ones you love. Imagine a group get together with your favorite people, good food, laughter and warm memories. Think about how healing that would be for your body. Work on your relationships and build a positive, friendly atmosphere of people around you.

Good Food. Forget the diets. Forget the concerns about cholesterol. Unless you eat comfort food, or in other words, you eat emotionally, food is not bad for your body. Think about your favorite meal, or a dish at a restaurant which you love. Think about how good it tastes and how you would like to share that with a loved one. Good food and good company are the best ways to breed strong immune systems.

Probiotics. If you take antibiotics, then you have killed both the good and bad bacteria in your body. Remember that good bacteria can kill bad bacteria, and if it does not exist, bad bacteria grow more quickly and thrive. Probiotics, such as liquid Acidophilus, are essential for maintaining healthy stomach flora, and naturally wipe out a great number of diseases.
